Yes, you can share across platforms!
In the main menu, navigate to your saved games (single player or multiplayer). Then select the game you want to share and choose “Save to Cloud.” Copy the generated code and enter it in “Import Save File” in the main menu (botton left) on your other platform. Your save file will now be shared!
